Whether you're coming from across town or across the country, we'd love to welcome you to Charlotte. Make a weekend of it, bring your favorite gals, and let us help you feel right at home. Here's everything we know, and we'll keep adding to it.
Where we are
The Casey by Beau Monde, 1837 N Tryon St, Suite 102, Charlotte, NC 28206. Tryon Hills, just north of Uptown. Parking is included with the venue. Doors open at 6 PM on Friday, February 5, 2027.
Getting here
Fly into Charlotte Douglas (CLT), about 20 to 30 minutes from the venue by car. Rideshare is the easiest way in and out, and the pickup zones at CLT are well marked. If you're staying Uptown, you're about a 10 minute ride to the door. The LYNX Blue Line light rail runs through Uptown; the closest stations to The Casey are Parkwood and 25th Street, each a short ride away.
Where to stay
We don't have a room block, so book wherever feels like you. These are all Uptown, about 1.5 to 2 miles from The Casey:
Grand Bohemian Charlotte, 201 W Trade St. The splurge.
The Ivey's Hotel, 127 N Tryon St. Small, pretty, boutique.
Homewood Suites Uptown First Ward, 508 N College St. Closest to the venue, suites for sharing with your gals.
SpringHill Suites City Center, 311 E 5th St. Easy, comfortable, mid-range.
What to wear
Come as you are. Really. Cocktail and festive is the room, red is a love language, and the photos are better when you feel like yourself. Flat shoes are welcome on the dance floor.
What to expect
You'll arrive to music, bubbles, and 399 women who are glad you came. There's a shop, a silent auction, a raffle, a dance floor, and food all evening. The main room says goodnight at 9. After Hours guests stay until 11.

A Saturday in Charlotte
Optimist Hall, a food hall about a mile from the venue, for a long group brunch.
Camp North End, under a mile away, for shops, murals, and the art walk.
NoDa, our arts district, for murals, vintage shops, and a very fun brunch.
Mood House for a massage or infrared sauna if Friday night went late.

The only thing to book with us
Your ticket. Everything else, from the hotel to the brunch to the shoes, is yours to make your own. General Admission is $25 for the whole evening, 6 to 9. The VIP Experience is $225 for all five hours, including After Hours. Tickets aren't on sale yet; Love Drops subscribers hear first.
